Letters to Friends: Musings At The River

Sometimes I write letters to friends, that seem to go beyond just "an update" .... and more seems to capture the essence of my life, as it is playing out.  This letter is one of those moments.  

 

Dear Darling WomanFriend,

I'm sitting at the river, at my secret beach, as I compose this. I love writing here, my very own river beach.

I so cherished getting your card and savored each and every word and sentiment.  I am moved with happy heart as I imagined sitting with you as you opened the packages.  The image is a gift in itself!    Friendship is so precious.  With each year, I treasure it more. 

The summer graced me with flocks of Canada geese, mallard ducks, beaver, river otters, deer, rabbits, and now, as Fall approaches, dragonflies fill the air.  I've delighted in butterflies dancing around me and a few precious times also landing on me.  And hummingbirds have been my messengers. 

Sept will be 2yrs and 8months since leaving the employee world (and my cottage).  I'm taking time today to really let that soak in.  Though often I have felt in free fall it's been liberating too.  I'm increasing my capacity for deep joy and days like today, walking the river trail, my Being overflows with gratitude and feelings of grand abundance. 

This year I discovered God is within me and how Miraculous it is that all my needs are so beautifully met.  Especially the more in tune with life and spirit that I get, it becomes easier to recognize this seeming miracle of life.  I'm in a co-creative partnership now with my Beloved Source Creator. 

I feel now I have the core foundation for living a mystic life.

Deep knowing all my needs are met, all in good and wise timing
Overflowing with gratitude and the celebration of the abundance in my life

Awakening to Kindness being a heart centered primary practice for me. 

As for my body, baking soda beverages help to alkalize and essential oils have become my friend.  Frankincense being my favorite. 

To help keep me solidly grounded in my body, I take cold plunges in the Sacramento River. The water comes out of the bottom of the Dam upstream and is icy, so the river is quite cold.  I feel so Alive and Exhilarated playing and splashing in these flowing waters.  Granted, it takes 100 degree+ weather to inspire the plunges, making the temperature contrast thrilling.  But even today, as Fall is in the air, and it's just in the mid 90's - the plunges are still marvelous beyond words!  It's felt like camping every day I'm here at the beach. 

If you were here, and jumped in with me, the sacred river canyon would delight in hearing your divine full body laughter as you join me in the heavenly cold plunge bliss. I am sure!  

As for what is next for me .... First, now with a solid spiritual foundation growing roots within me, my deepest heart desire is to awaken to sharing this amazing life with a beloved partner, husband, best friend, lover.  So I practice opening deeply to this.

2nd ... I've been training to be a home-based business owner as a

Digital Marketer (varied online business opportunities),

SEO Agency (helping business websites advertise),

and Affiliate and Ecommerce Sales (advertising to sell other products I endorse)

Essentially, it's a total remake of my relationship with money, career and moving out of scarcity mentality.

Turns out this could be a very lucrative new career for me.

As I get closer to this manifestation, my fears get stronger.  Turns out the thought of being a successful business owner scares me deeply!  
And I am reminded, often, that which scares us, can be things we deeply desire also.

Thank goodness I have EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) - i.e.  Tapping of Acupuncture points ....   EFT in my "tool kit" is wonderful for helping to tap away my fears and other emotional "stuff". 

3rd and 4th are more my areas of passion, but not areas I'm pressuring to produce money at this point. 

3rd is my ongoing love for writing (thus, this letter being an example!) 

4th is my "baby"  that I have held in deep creative space for over 30 years

Finally, over the last year, I trained and learned how to build WordPress websites,

and now I have www.HeartPlanVision.com ; my very own and first website.

It is bare bones right now, and from this framework, I will have a place to come to add material, as time permits. 

Heart Plan is where I will share my ideas and inspirations and collaborations for planetary evolution.
